Geosciences Learning Center Computer Laboratory

Geography/Geology Building Room 27

This lab consists of 22 Dell Optiplex GX270 SFs (P4, 2.26GHZ 512 MBRAM ) with 17 " flat panel monitors.

Available peripherals include a networked HP 4100 (black & white laser printer). The computers are also equipped with CD-RWs and Roxio Easy CD Creator software. Attached to one computer is an Epson Perfection 1650 scanner.

There is a ceiling mounted Proxima LCD projector.

The lab room is set up for projection of computer screens, overhead transparencies or slides, and may be reserved for presentations.

This lab was funded with Student Technology Fees.

Lab B27 is a generally accessible lab with a combo lock instead of a card swipe access system such as lab 150,153,321, &313 contain. It is accessible to undergraduate and graduate geography/geology majors in the department and to others students in geography/geology classes which currently use the room for instruction.
