Below is a walk-through of the process for accepting Geography's security certificate using the Netscape browser. Instructions for Internet Explorer users are here.

The first time your browser is used to access Geography's secure web site the browser will announce the receipt of a new certificate.

Click the 'Next>' button to continue the process of accepting the certificate.
Here the browser should show that the presented certificate is for the University of Georiga and is signed by the University of Georgia.

Optionally, click the 'More Info...' button to see, well, more info on the certificate.

Click the 'Next>' button to continue the process of accepting the certificate.
Select the option 'Accept this certificate forever'

Click the 'Next>' button to continue the process of accepting the certificate.

Click the 'Next>' button to continue the process of accepting the certificate.
Click the 'Finish' button to complete the process.

The browser should continue to load the requested secure web page.
