Note:

In response to request of many authors, we have extended the submission deadline to Apr. 15, 2007. For all those who have already submitted your full paper and still wish to further revise it, please feel free to do so. We are open to new submissions as well as revised submissions.

 

To Participants:

We have received a nice collection of research papers from around the world, thanks to the contribution from each and every one of you. We will send you an acceptance notification via email by the end of April. Look forward to a stimulating event with all of you in July!
