Transportation

Arriving by Air:

If travel by air, we highly recommend most of you to fly to Atlanta instead of Athens. The Athens airport is only reasonably well-connected to a few Eastern U.S. cities.

• Via Atlanta Hartsfield Airport: airport ground shuttle service AAA goes directly to the conference hotel with a 1.5 hour-ride (check the route schedule to Athens/UGA from the shuttle service website, the stop name is Georgia Center)

• Via Athens Airport: local taxi, about 10 minutes driving. see detailed directions .
